Over the course of the last few months, I have really gotten to know the kiddos of this one particular class at Temple Beth Or in Raleigh. Super polite, loyal to each other, and boy do they know how to have FUN!!! Brooke's Bat Mitzvah celebration this past weekend was no exception!
Brooke had friends and family from all over the country come in to celebrate her, and every time someone new stepped in the door Brooke had HUGE hugs waiting for them. Sweet, attentive, and full of smiles for everyone, Brooke was ready. She had prepared for SO LONG, and with Rabbi Dinner and Rabbi Citrin by her side, she rocked it.
After the lovely ceremony, Brooke had a Broadway themed reception at Garden on Millbrook. There were balloons, bags of popcorn, an amazing photo booth, a rockin DJ, and plenty of fun and dancing had by all! Everyone danced the Hora, the candy bar was raided appropriately, and most importantly, Brooke looked like she was having the time of her life.
