RALEIGH MITZVAH PHOTOGRAPHY | BETH MEYER SYNAGOGUE | CADMAN FAMILY

the family

Meet the Cadman Family!! Campbell became a bat mitzvah on Saturday, March 10th, and from what I've heard she did a fabulous job! I met up with them the day before for rehearsals at Beth Meyer Synagogue, a gorgeous place of worship right here in Raleigh. Along with her parents, two older brothers, and her grandparents, Campbell went through the motions of her ceremony for the next day, including practicing her speech. Let me tell you, Campbell's words were amazing. Not only did she sound strong and confident, but she was so inspiring. I sometimes wonder in awe how these adults at 13 can write the most beautiful words about family, love, and being accepting and kind to all those around us. I was super proud... and I'm not even family!

the party

I met up with the Cadman Family later in the evening on Saturday to celebrate at the Brier Creek Country Club. It was setup beautifully, with light blue and white flowers, marquee letters that spelled out "Mazel Tov Campbell", lots of candles, and fuzzy blankets for the party guests to take home! The club outdid themselves with taco bars, sweet tea, and the largest assortment of cupcakes I've ever seen! The party went on all night thanks to DJ Woody and his AMAZING stash of tunes and dance moves, while the partygoers danced with glow sticks and light up rings and went to take pictures in the photo booth with Aleks from Get In Photobooth. It was a super fun night all around, lots of dancing and hugs and most importantly... laughter!
