RALEIGH WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER | FRED FLETCHER PARK | TRAINE | OLIVIA AND DAVID

it’s wedding blog time for olivia and david!!

We are slowly but surely catching up over here, and next on the list of weddings to share are these two!! This impossibly charming couple was married this past May 18th in a laid-back, gorgeous, and super fun way. It was such a joy to photograph their modern, spring wedding, so full of family, friends, love, and definitely no shortage of dancing (thank you, DJ Collin Y)!

Olivia’s stunning lace dress embellished with an intricate beaded waist was from David's Bridal. She looked absolutely beautiful in this style that reads as both classic and contemporary, which set the theme for the entirety of this event. She got ready with her friends and family at her Mom’s house before we all drove over for family and bridal portraits before the ceremony.

After a festive morning getting ready, we took portraits at the scenic Fred Fletcher Park, surrounded by the lush spring greenery and perfectly accented by the elegant seasonal and local florals from Rabbit Foot Florals.

As the majority of the organized portraits wrapped up, everyone strolled down to Traine, where the ceremony and the reception were both held for a seamless celebration. So many smiles and laughs, and such a JOY to capture!!!

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed amazing food from Rocky Top Catering and Two Roosters Ice Cream Truck (!!!) instead of cake. How fun and creative, right? Plus… some of the best Kodak moments came with that ice cream. Scroll down to see some highlights from Olivia and David’s modern wedding celebration, orchestrated by Lily Rose Events.

Again, best wishes and congratulations to Olivia and David! SO MUCH FUN to relive this wedding again through pictures!!!
