meet the fam!
Back a couple of Christmases ago, I met Elizabeth and Kyle... I was coming to their house super early one morning to take quick pics of them, their pups, and their Christmas tree for their Christmas cards that year. Their house was gorgeous and impeccably decorated in a beautiful farmhouse style, and I couldn't get over their decor. There were these beautiful signs EVERYWHERE, and when I asked her about them, she said she makes them! In fact, I loved them so much that not only do I have about 4 or 5 up in my own house, but I now send one of her handmade signs to each of my couples when they get married. Curious??? Anyway, the point being is that now she's stuck with me... in a good way! When I found out they were expecting a baby boy, I was SOOOOO excited for them!! Even more so when I got the message one day saying I got to do their maternity photos. EEEEEEEEK!!!!
We met at sunset at Mill Bridge Nature Park in Rolesville, one of my favorite nearby places, and just walked around enjoying the scenery and having a good time. The overcast sky gave off the best lighting, Elizabeth looked gorgeous and glowing in her dress, and the two of them looked like super proud parents to be.
